Our Complaints and Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is here to:
- advise and support patients, their families and carers
- provide information on NHS services
- listen to your suggestions
- answer any queries or sort out any concerns you may have about the services we commission
Continuing healthcare >
As well as commissioning healthcare services, we also fund and arrange continuing healthcare (CHC) for free care outside of hospital (e.g. your home or a registered care home). Your eligibility for CHC depends on your assessed needs, and not on any particular diagnosis or condition.
Freedom of information >
The Freedom of Information Act (FOI) gives you the right to ask any public sector organisation for recorded information they have on any subject. Anyone can make a request for information – there are no restrictions on your age, nationality or where you live.

If you are a journalist or have a media enquiry, please contact our Communications Team.
Our Communications Team is available 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, except Bank Holidays.
If you have queries about outstanding invoices or missing payments, want to send in a statement of account, or are a new supplier and need to know where to send invoices , please contact the Finance Team.
